"I've been a long-term user of Anolon's 12-inch Covered Ultimate Pan for nearly all my cooking, and it is outstanding. The lid has a long lip and thus there is virtually no grease spatter even with extended high heat. I encountered only one issue in over ten years using Anolon products, and that is both new pans I ordered in early 2026 had minor imperfections in the non-stick finish. There was a smudge is both pans about four inches long, which appeared to be caused by the production process rather than human error in the handling process. The finish wasn't really damaged, it just wasn't perfect. The problem wasn't sufficient to return the pans and they are fine. Even with that minor issue, these pans are the best I've ever used."

"I was first exposed to Analon in 2009 with this pan (or one similar to it). It became time to replace it (yes, 15 yrs later and almost daily use) due to a spousal breakup (he won the pan!). What other pan could I get? There are none better. I use it almost every day, there is nothing you can't cook in it and get GREAT results !"
