Cooking is a Whole New Experience!
"Since we received our Anolon nonstick sauté pan, cooking is so much more fun! I made pancakes for the grandkids, and they puffed up nicely and didn’t stick to the pan! I fried porkchops for dinner last night and served them up golden brown with all their little crispies because none were stuck! Cooking is a delight and washing is a breeze! I’m so glad we chose this pan!"
Not what I thought
"I was so excited to receive this pan. Disappointed that something like eggs sticks to it. The pan is strong, heats well but the sticking? We always use oil or butter. Never a dry pan."
Was happy but……
"I have had the 10” and 12” skillets for a couple years. Loved them at first, but now the non stick coating is starting to chip and peel. The 10” pan is much worse than the 12” one. I use these almost daily."
Disappointing this time
"I already own for years and am getting great use from the 3 quart AnolonX saucepan, so I bought the 8" X omelette pan. It makes omelettes fine, but pancakes are a disaster! I've been making them "no-brainer" for 40+ years in all kinds of pans and griddles, but in the X pan my flipper needed to double as a chisel to unstick them. I don't get it? Tried twice, with different heat settings, no luck. Anolon is fighting me to get a refund. They say it's a warranty issue. I know better. After 40 years of no-brainer success, I've concluded that the X pan with all that searing stainless steel inserted, simply isn't pancake-friendly. I'm getting my bank involved to dispute the charge for me. $5 Anolon doesn't post this!"

It's not a non-stick pan
"I've owned a number of Anolon non-stick pans but the X model doesn't live up to the marketing. Eggs, fish, pretty everything sticks and the pan has to be soaked to be cleaned. The documentation says to never use non-stick sprays and use oil instead. Well that doesn't work."
Pot is leaking
"Great pots but with the exception of one of the pots didn’t have the handle securely screwed in and therefore it is leaking from where the handle meets the body of the pot."
Premium products, terrible support behind them
"While Anolon is generally a quality, inventive product and I have many of their pans, this lid arrived bent and very late. The customer service team is such a disaster to deal with that I just kept it. The toll free number is a circular phone tree to nowhere. Their chat/online service is delayed and not focused on customer satisfaction much less delight. As an Interior Designer, I am also a specifier. I will not recommend these products in the future."
