"I haven't figured out what I purchased yet. Took the info for the new pan from the bottom of one I already own and am very happy with. The new Nouvelle doesn't look the same and I'm not sure if it is non-stick. The instructions online are confusing. One says low heat and add oil. The other says to coat your food only. Been two week and we still haven't used them yet."

"The 1. 25 quart pan will tip over bc its handle is too heavy, like top heavy but from side from the handle. Boiling water spilled all over my stove, thank goodness not me or anyone else, Overall great aluminum free set, that was my main factor in buying. The free 10 inch round serving board was lovely!"

"Purchased a 10 piece set, less than 6 months ago. Absolutely loved them. Then any and all food began to stick in 1 frying pan. Sent pictures, receipt of purchase, etc by email, stating the issue. Received no response. Then a week or so later received 2 frying pans in the mail. However they were cheaper 2 for $56, then the pans I purchased 3 for $165. Not to mention I purchased stainless steel, and they sent cooper, that are a dark color, meaning I now have two pans that completely clash with my set. I reached out by email again, and "per policy once a warranty replacement has been issued, we're unable to offer further exchanges". So without contacting me, they chose which replacement to send me (conveniently a cheaper product) and stated I am stuck with their choice. Yes, I purchased a set, but for warranty purposes the company should have the same product available for warranty issues."
