Champagne Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

  • Sugar cubes
  • Angostura aromatic bitters
  • Sparkling (champagne, prosecco, cava...)
  • Fresh berries (raspberries, strawberries...)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Drop a small sugar cube into a champagne glass. Add 2-3 splashes bitters.
  2. Fill glass with sparkling wine; add a fresh berry. Serve immediately.
