Shipping & Tracking

Which carriers partner with Anolon.com?

Anolon.com ships online orders with UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS). All orders shipped through UPS are through standard ground service unless an expedited shipping option has been selected. We also ship to P.O. Boxes and APO addresses through USPS delivery service.

International shipping?

At the present time, we cannot ship items outside the United States. We are currently looking into ways to provide for this service in the future.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

At present, we do not ship to P.O or A.P.O Boxes


If I return an item, will I get reimbursed for shipping?

No, we are not able to reimburse shipping costs for returned orders.

How do I track an order?

There are two ways to track your order.

  1. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped. On this email is a tracking number. There will be a link in your email to either UPS or USPS. Click on this link and you will be able to track your order.
  2. If you have signed up on Anolon.com and created an account, then you will be able to go on Anolon.com, look up your order history and there will be a link to UPS or USPS on your order.

Orders

Can I cancel my order?

We strive to get orders out to you as soon as possible. You may cancel the order as long as our warehouse has not begun processing it. Please note, order processing may begin very soon after the order has been placed. To cancel an order, please email customer support as soon as possible at support@anolon.com..

Can I cancel one item off of my order?

Yes you can, provided that the warehouse has not begun processing your order. Please note that we strive to get your order out of our warehouse within 12-24 hours. To cancel an item off your order, please email customer support as soon as possible at support@anolon.com..

What if I receive the wrong item?

Please email us. We will research your problem and determine if we would like you to ship the item back, and we can place another order for you.

What if I receive a damaged item?

Please email us. We will research your problem and determine if we would like you to ship the item back, and we can place another order for you.

How can I pay for my purchase?

We offer several payment options, including credit cards (American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover, Diner's Club, and JCB), Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (including Venmo). 

Reviews

Who writes the reviews?

The reviews and comments are written by you, the consumer. If an Anolon employee writes a review, it is noted in the review.

How can I write a review?

On the item page under the name of the product, you will see the number of stars that product currently has. Click on “write a review.” Your review may not be displayed for a day or two because we read each review to make sure it is specific to the correct product and the verbiage is suitable for all readers.
