I bought this pan for my husband who loves to cook. He uses the pan all the time and says it sears meat very well. He loves that it can go into the oven to finish off the meat or other dish he is preparing. It cleans up easily too. Would definitely recommend this pan to others.

I didn't really think there would be a big difference between this pan and others I have owned. I saw ads and read reviews, and figured I would give it a try. I am glad I did. This pan doesn't let anything stick to it; it cleans up with just a wipe of a sponge and warm water, and is ready to go again. I recommend this pan certainly.

This is a high quality pan. True to its name, it does not stick. It's deep so you can use it for a variety of meal types (personally, I appreciate how the high sides prevent clumsy cooks from spilling). It also cleans really easily. A lot of the time, all you need to do is wipe it down and the leftover bits of food and whatnot fall right away. I cook with this pan probably 3-4 nights a week, so I feel like I can accurately say it withstands vigorous use.

Is Anolon X's nonstick coating safe?
Made-to-last pots and pans from Anolon X are outfitted with an ultra-durable, FDA approved nonstick and the exclusive SearTech™ surface which protects the nonstick surface and allows you to use metal utensils without worry.
Where is Anolon X manufactured?
Anolon X was engineered and developed in California, and manufactured in collaboration between our own two factories in Italy and Thailand.
We originally developed the technology in 2016, but we went through an intensive testing process to ensure it was ready for hard use prior to the official release.
How long has Anolon X been in business for?
In 1986, Anolon pioneered the hard-anodized nonstick pan. For almost four decades, we’ve made pots, pans, and tools that are thoughtfully designed around our chef’s demanding needs, carefully made, and forever functional.
