If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item for a refund using the following guidelines:
- Return item within 30 days of receipt
- In original packaging and in new, unused condition. Used items will not be accepted.
- With original purchase receipt. Please keep a copy for your record.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are made in the form of the original tender. For credit card purchases, it may take up to 2 billing cycles for refund credit to appear on your statement.

to initiate your return. You will be redirected to our support page where you will find a ticketing form for this process.
Once redirected, please click on "Submit a Ticket". As you begin to fill out the web form, the inquiry topic that needs to be selected is called "Return Request". The form will ask for pertinent information pertaining to your order and the reason for your return. Once the form is completed, the ticket will be submitted directly to our support team who will respond within 1-3 business days with return instructions.
