I really love these skillets! They are made with hard, thick good quality metal and they cook evenly. I made a variety of foods and my favorite was the omlet. I didn't have to add any oil because it is truly nonstick and my eggs were perfectly cooked. I LOVE that they are dishwasher safe too! I also like that you can use these skillets on a variety of cooking surfaces such as a glass top (what I use) and a gas stove ( what my dad has) so if I want to make my dad an omlet at his house I know I can bring my best skillet! This is the nicest cookware set. First, it is pretty and elegant and such a beautiful color. I started cooking in them right away and I love it. The lids fit perfectly on the pans and I could see the food right through the lid. The handles are very sturdy and do not get extremely hot. I love how the whole pan heats up quickly and my food is cooked evenly. I use wooden utensils, so I really can't speak about using metal utensils on this cookware. The clean up was a breeze, which is a major plus for me ! This is by far the best cookware set I have ever owned !”

I really enjoy cooking and I have never found cookware that didn't stick, I always cook daily for my family but struggle with everything sticking no matter what I do, I also came across that the cookware doesn't seem to cook my food evenly. Until now, the Anolon Accolade skillet set is amazing, I have never had cookware that is not stick be as great as these skillets, I finally enjoy cooking now, the skillets cook evenly and are nice and heavy and sturdy, I can actually use a metal spatula and don't have to worry about it ruining the surface so these are definitely worth buying and I will be getting more to replace all my cookware.
