"This is an excellent deep frying pan. I do a lot of cooking and I actually replaced my Calphalon with this frying pan and love it. I would highly recommend it. It is deep. It is lightweight and cleans easily."

"I just replaced my last Analon set that I've had for 14 years and it wasn't because they were falling apart. The only reason I bought the new set is because I bought a new induction oven and the old set wasn't induction compatible. I'm glad I did. These are not only induction compatible, but the quality is better than my previous set. I will be a loyal Analon fan for life."

Great on Induction
"I have been using this pan for a few months now. This pan is very good at developing and distributing heat over Induction. The heat spreads up to the rim and has enough mass to keep the heat. I was able to do a batch of pancakes and each set came out uniform without the cycles of batter cooling the pan. The lid fits well, however sometimes the heat creeps into the helper handle enough that I need to use a pot holder."
