Its a shame since I remember a couple of years ago I did not have this problem. Keep an oven mitt handy nearby if you purchase this pan. Great pan for eggs but not for medium or high heat"

"I had originally ordered the 8” skillet for my daughter, then shortly thereafter I saw another brand that I thought I liked better. I ordered it as well. When I tried to cancel the Anolon order it was too late to cancel. Make a long story short, I received both and was pleasantly surprised to find the Anolon superior in quality AND $10. 00 less!! I own 3 Anolan skillets myself, older but still in good condition, but the one I ordered for my daughter is even nicer than mine. Great quality for a good price. I highly recommend!"
