Bottoms char on first use

"So far inside is good but the bottom is already charred"

Lynda K. (3/5)

"Love it !!!"

Ana (5/5)

"My daughter loves cooking in them. She cooks in the all the time."

Holly (5/5)

Overall, very good pans, heavier

"Overall, very good pans, heavier than many. Fine quality, easy to clean. The underside has an extra thick plate, for even heat distribution, but be sure to clean the edge of this underside, but easy to clean. Dobie non scratch pads with dishwashing detergent, hot water, hand washing, works well. No one will be dissatisfied, but pleasantly surprised. Great for everyday use."

Gary R. (4/5)

This was a replacement pan.

"This was a replacement pan. I've had a complete set of Analon pots and pans for years and I love them. The 8 inch pan just got tired and needed to be replaced. That's my go to pan since I'm now alone. I use it for everything! and love it!"

Jeri W. (5/5)

Sautéed

"This did not hit the mark. I absolutely love cooking and I cooked in the one time it was done. I keep my pan medium to low heat and use only beef tallow or ghee because of the high smoke point plus it preserves pans longer so I thought on this. Nope. Everything stuck burnt and trying to get everything off after soaking it was ruined. I should have taken pictures but I was sad and mad I just threw it away."

LeAnne G. (1/5)

"I really like this cookwear. Little oil is needed when searing, and little liquid needed when cooking. It seems to create liquid during the cooking process. The cookwear does get hot and I usually have to reduce the flame as the food continues to cook. Very easy to clean."

Regina (5/5)

I can use less oil

"I can use less oil cooking on the non-stick surface. The 12-inch skillet is good for Chinese stir fry and Italian pasta dishes without making a mess in cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommended as I have been using it everyday!"

Josephine C. (5/5)

Great skillets

"These skillets are great for sautéing veggies. I love to blacken fish on them as well. Versatile pans!"

Diana M. (5/5)

Nice pans!

"My daughter has these and loves them so I ordered some. Easy cooking and clean up with no burning. I purchased the matching lids as well and intend on getting additional pots and pans. Highly recommend."
