This pan is the best one that i have ever used and owned . This pan is the most sturdy but lightweight pan and it"s not heavy to handle. The handle is the best and it does not get hot to the touch while it is on the stove. Also cleaning the pan is super easy you practically can use a paper towel and just wipe clean it"s so easy . It is dishwasher safe and can be used in the oven up to 500 degrees. You will love this cookware as much as i do . You will not find another pan that is as wonderful as this .
