"I had a small nonstick walk in the past, but a house sitter ruined it. I tried carbon steel, but it was too heavy for me. I finally decided to get as close to the old one as possible, and this was my choice. I couldn't be happier. The nonstick is great, the weight is great. The only thing I would suggest is that it could use a lid, but as luck would have it cover of my large stock pot fits exactly."
