Create authentic ravioli, dumplings and more with this traditional 12-imprint ravioli press constructed from ultralight but super durable aluminum alloy. Just cover the press with a sheet of dough and add a four cheese and spinach blend or a zesty Italian sausage crumble with tomato sauce to the imprint cups, cover with a top sheet, and use the wooden rolling pin to press into complete raviolis. Once ravioli have been pressed into shape, the serrated ridges provide a convenient score to separate individual servings with a traditional, scalloped edge. Simple to clean with a dry brush or cloth.
