"I have been cooking with these pans for several years and they are a kitchen dream come true. I have several expensive name brand pans that just don’t hold up next to those. I especially like the fact that I can cook on either gas electric or induction with this Cookware. Clean up as a breeze you just rinse with hot water and wipe with a paper towel and it is a done deal. I can throw a piece of cheese or an egg without oil and nothing sticks. Better than Circulon and better than Calphalon"
