"I will never recommend this company. These pans are advertised as being warp proof up to 550°. I baked cookies at 400 degrees and the pan warped. When I called customer service, the agent did not listen to my issue but immediately instructed me to call a third party number. I was then sent a lengthy LEGAL form and instructed to sign the form absolving Anolon of any lawsuit. I signed the form because I had no inclination of suing anyone over a warped pan! When I realized how rediculous this entire situation was, I decided not to go thru the expense of returning them and not to continue my association with this company."
