Tongs Appear Fine, but Frying Pan Never Came
"The other item in my order, and 8. 5" frying pan, was stuck in Illinois for a month and then showed "expired". I tried to call multiple times but couldn't get through. I emailed (a correct) email address mutlltiple times, but no response. Customer service is aweful. I finally had to call my bank to make a partial refund of the charge. Still waiting for the outcome."
