Ingredients
- 1 12 ounce bag fresh cranberries
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoon orange peel, coarsely grated
- 1 orange, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger, Crystallized
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, Ground
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in an 3.5 Qt. Saucepan; bring to a boil. Immediately reduce the heat and simmer 20 minutes. Let cool before serving.
