Ingredients

  • 1 12 ounce bag fresh cranberries
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon orange peel, coarsely grated
  • 1 orange, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, Crystallized
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, Ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon saltCondiment

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in an Anolon Nouvelle Copper 3.5 Qt. Saucepan; bring to a boil. Immediately reduce the heat and simmer 20 minutes. Let cool before serving.
