Directions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together all the sauce ingredients until smooth and well combined.
  2. Line the bottom of your pot with the sliced Napa cabbage, creating a flavorful base.
  3. Arrange the remaining ingredients—except the ramen and cheese—on top, layering them neatly around the pot. Spoon the sauce into the center, then pour in the broth.
  4. Bring the stew to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Once bubbling, add the ramen noodles and cheese, cooking just until the noodles are tender and the cheese is perfectly melty.
  5. Garnish with extra green onions, serve hot, and dig in!

Ingredients

Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp gochugaru
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp mirin

  • ¾ cup kimchi
  • 3 large napa abbage leaves, sliced
  • 10 slices canned deli meat
  • ½ block tofu, sliced
  • ½ cup oyster mushrooms
  • 3 stalks hreen onions, cut into 1.5 inch portions
  • ⅓ cup rice cakes
  • 1 pack instant ramen
  • 1 slice cheese
  • 4-5 cup chicken broth
