Directions
- In a small bowl, stir together all the sauce ingredients until smooth and well combined.
- Line the bottom of your pot with the sliced Napa cabbage, creating a flavorful base.
- Arrange the remaining ingredients—except the ramen and cheese—on top, layering them neatly around the pot. Spoon the sauce into the center, then pour in the broth.
- Bring the stew to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Once bubbling, add the ramen noodles and cheese, cooking just until the noodles are tender and the cheese is perfectly melty.
- Garnish with extra green onions, serve hot, and dig in!
Ingredients
Sauce:
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp gochugaru
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp mirin
Stew:
- ¾ cup kimchi
- 3 large napa abbage leaves, sliced
- 10 slices canned deli meat
- ½ block tofu, sliced
- ½ cup oyster mushrooms
- 3 stalks hreen onions, cut into 1.5 inch portions
- ⅓ cup rice cakes
- 1 pack instant ramen
- 1 slice cheese
- 4-5 cup chicken broth
