• 4 pieces peppered bacon
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 farm-fresh eggs
  • Sea salt


  1. Brush bacon with honey & sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
  2. In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon.
  3. Fill a nonstick sauté pan with water & bring to a simmer.
  4. Add a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of white vinegar.
  5. Carefully crack each egg into a ramekin.
  6. Tip the egg into the simmering water.
  7. Allow eggs to poach for 3 minutes.
  8. Flip bacon.
  9. With a slotted spoon, lift the egg from the water.
  10. Drain bacon on a paper towel.
