Ingredients
- 4 pieces peppered bacon
- 1 tbsp honey
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 farm-fresh eggs
- Sea salt
Directions
- Brush bacon with honey & sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
- In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon.
- Fill a nonstick sauté pan with water & bring to a simmer.
- Add a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of white vinegar.
- Carefully crack each egg into a ramekin.
- Tip the egg into the simmering water.
- Allow eggs to poach for 3 minutes.
- Flip bacon.
- With a slotted spoon, lift the egg from the water.
- Drain bacon on a paper towel.
