- 1 large avocado
- 1 cup quartered red and yellow cherry tomatoes or diced tomato, drained
- 1 tablespoon diced red onion
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, or freshly ground cumin seeds
- 1-1/2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
- Mash avocado in a medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve with chips or Carne Asada.
