"My 12” Accolade frying pan only lasted 5 months before surface started to crack. Ticket #443759. After numerous emails and phone calls to customer support I received a replacement pan (Advanced Home line) that I can use. I have a convection stove top and the Advance Home pan does not work on convection heating. Still trying since June to get an acceptable replacement."

"Exactly what I was looking for. New home, new stove which is Electric. Not 100% happy with that, but I’ve been on the look out for pans that’ll work well with Electric and still give that gas stove feel to cooking (browning, searing, etc.). These are the perfect fit. Well made, love the feel of them, fits the burner sizes perfectly and has become my favorite go-to pans. Definitely worth the expense."

Concern

"I just received this 10 & 12 inch frying pan set and am a little concerned about the marks left on the 12 inch pan by the cardboard ring used to separate it from the 10 inch pan in shipping. As you can see this mark remains, even after cleaning with hot water and soap twice. Not wanting to do any harsh scrubbing, I'm concerned that this may become an issue in the future and wanted to call attention to it now before I do any cooking with it. I have added a photo of the top and bottom of the 12 inch pan with and without the cardboard ring. I expect good cooking from this skillet but wanted a note of this to be made. Thank you very much!"
