"Today I used my Tri-Ply sauecepan to make blackberry infused simple syrup. If you cook with sugar you know you need a pan that can be tempered/heat manged to gain the results you want - and this pan performed marvelusly! The stay cool handles are a great help when pouring very hot liquids, and clean up was a breeze."

First time using a Stainless Steel Pan

"The 12. 5" frying pan was absolutely beautiful right out of the box—I almost didn’t want to use it! This was my husband and I's first time cooking with a stainless steel pan, and we were both impressed by the large, flat cooking surface. We easily cooked two large top sirloin steaks with plenty of room left for basting. This will definitely be our go-to pan, best steaks he's ever made! My only advice for first-time stainless steel users is to familiarize yourself with proper cooking techniques. We cooked at a higher temperature than necessary, which caused slight discoloration—completely user error. Overall, we’re extremely happy with this pan and will be purchasing more pieces."

How could you not love it!

"Today I used my new Anolon Tri-Ply 3 qt. saucepan for the 1st time. Its hard not to be impressed with its beauty at 1st sight. While I only put it through a simple cook of roasted garlic mashies, the pan performed marvelously. The pan is well balanced from stem to stern both empty and filled with water and ingredients. And the seamless rivets make for an easy clean! The thumb groove and its stay cool handle provided an excellent grip when rotating the full pan to strain the water away - often a pain point for most larger saucepans. I partuclarly noticed the lower profile of the pan providing a wider cooking surface at the bottom of the pan which I intend to enjoy when cooking smaller portioned chili, stews and soup recipes. I cant wait to try the 4qt Saute and 12. 5" deep skillet!"

"This is my first real dive into stainless and I was pleasantly surprised. Decided to cook steaks for the first meal and they seared and cooked perfectly! Although we cooked multiple steaks, the foods came out of the pan easily. "It heats evenly and can handle very high heat well for beautifully seared steaks, chicken, pork chops, you name it! I love the lid to sear and quick steam meats and veggies. Rapid boil, easy cleanup - and a beauty on the stove

"I was so impressed when I brought this pan out to make risotto - I put the lid on, spun around to get utensils, and heard the unmistakable sound of broth bubbling - it was nearly instantaneous heat. Things like risotto are famous for sticking, too, so I was hesitant to peek at the bottom of the pan after plating, but a simple quick rinse of the pan returned it to its unused glory. I am a clad stainless convert."
