INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Chocolate Mix
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine the Chocolate Mix and heavy cream in a small Anolon® saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate and butter until melted and smooth.
  • Yield: 1 3/4 cup
