Directions
- Whisk dry ingredients together in a large bowl
- Add buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter and whisk until all ingredients are incorporated
- Add food coloring agent
- Pour batter into squeeable bottles
- Heat up your griddle on medium heat and draw a shamrock shape outline. Fill in the shape evenly with batter
- Repeat until batter is all used up
- Enjoy with syrup or other toppings!

- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 ½ cups buttermilk
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten

- Natural green food coloring
