Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F.
  2. (Optional) Lightly sauté chopped veggies individually if you prefer a softer texture. Otherwise, leave them raw for extra crunch.
  3. Stretch your pizza dough gently and place it on a pizza crisper or baking sheet.
  4. Top the dough evenly with pizza sauce, followed by shredded mozzarella.
  5. Arrange the veggies in a rainbow pattern: Start in the center with red onion, then broccoli, zucchini, yellow squash, orange bell pepper, and finish with red bell pepper as the outermost circle.
  6. Sprinkle the pizza with pine nuts and minced garlic.
  7. Bake for 18–20 minutes, depending on the thickness of your crust, until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  8. While the pizza bakes, make the hot honey: In a small saucepan, heat honey and chili flakes over medium-low until it begins to bubble gently (do not boil). Remove from heat and stir in apple cider vinegar. Let it cool, then store in an airtight container.
  9. Finish the pizza by sprinkling with fresh herbs and drizzling with hot honey right before serving. Enjoy!
